Ace and SURGERY

Ace and SURGERY

Postby WolfintheWalls on Thu Jul 29, 2010 6:28 pm

So, Ace had his surgery today, I've spent the day in the hospital with him (since about 11ish this morning) and I'll be going back after I eat something.

We learned he's extremely vulnerable to anesthetic (he almost stopped breathing when they put him under), but he seems to be taking this in stride and making the most of it. He was about to nom on some delicious jello when I left, and I plan on sneaking him some Mountain Dew (his favorite drink) later on.

He probably won't be home until tomorrow afternoon, assuming all goes well.

Let him know that we all hope he has a quick recovery!

Send him our wishes! I'm sure things will work out fine.

Glad to hear he made it through OK and seemd to be doing better. At least he found out about his issue with anesthetic while he was in the hospital already.

Here's an update

I spent the night at the hospital with Ace, he's actually in the process of getting discharged as we speak. Our dad is with him right now, whereas I had to go home (because I started getting ill...at a hospital).
